Update App
Sets the IP whitelist and, optionally, the access level of the App. `ipWhitelist` must be present; `null` or `[]` clears it. A changed access level applies to the App's existing tokens on their next request.

appToken writeAuthorizationBearer <token>
App access token issued by POST /tokens (client credentials). Full-access Apps hold the read and write scopes, read-only Apps hold read only. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
