Create a tenant for B2STORE

Creates a tenant for B2STORE with the same body, validation and answers as `POST /api/v2/backoffice/tenants`. The tenant id is sent as `tenantId` (or `id`, as in backoffice). `productId` must be one of the products `GET /api/v2/orchestrator/products` lists, otherwise 403. The changer is the B2Store system user. Access: allowed caller IPs and the B2Store token from App Settings → Integrations → B2Store; any refusal is an undifferentiated 403.
