Schedules an asynchronous rebuild of the IB chains for the given relations and/or for every active relation in a user's sub-tree. Each relation is rebuilt by a background job, which also recomputes the affected reports; the chains are not up to date yet when the call returns. The call is idempotent: repeating it rebuilds the same chains to the same result.

appToken writeApp access token issued by POST /tokens (client credentials). Full-access Apps hold the read and write scopes, read-only Apps hold read only. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
