Bulk-archive (soft-delete) translation keys
Soft-archives multiple keys in one request — the bulk twin of DELETE /api/v2/keys/{id}. Unlike the single-key endpoint this NEVER hard-deletes: an id that is already archived is a no-op and is reported as skipped, so a select-all that includes archived rows cannot destroy them. Keys that do not exist, or belong to a different project_type than the story, are skipped too; archived + skipped always equals the number of distinct ids sent. Requires SourceDelete permission on the story's project_type, and the story must be the production one.
