B2Store integration settings

B2Store integration settings: the caller IPs allowed on `/api/v2/orchestrator/*` and the current token (last 4 characters, when and by whom it was generated; `null` when none). The token itself is never returned here. Requires WorkspaceCreate: root, Owner, SuperAdmin.
