Learn how to block client registration from specific countries by disabling them in the Countries page in the Back Office
To block registration for clients from a specific country:
Navigate to System > Countries.
The list of countries available for registration is displayed on the Countries page.
For a country for which you want to block registration, toggle the Enabled switch to an inactive state.
In the displayed popup, click Yes to confirm the action.
The selected country is now unavailable in the Registration form.
Block a country for a single registration profile
The Countries page is shared across B2CORE, so disabling a country there hides it in every area that offers a country choice, not only during registration.
To block a country for one registration form while keeping it available everywhere else, leave it enabled on the Countries page and add it to the Countries Blacklist section of the relevant registration profile in System > Registration. The blacklisted countries are hidden from the Country selects of that registration form only.
